1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract
These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods via the online store of Pebbl Innovations to consumers residing in the European Union. By placing an order via our online checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected items.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order or when your card payment is authorized and processed through our verified gateway partner Zenthoryx.
2. Pricing, Currencies, and Taxes
All prices are stated in Euro (€ EUR) and include statutory Value Added Tax (19% MwSt. in Germany, 20% TVA in France, 21% IVA in Spain). There are zero customs fees or import duties within the EU Schengen customs union.
Free standard shipping is automatically unlocked on all orders over €35.00 EUR. For orders below €35.00 EUR, standard tracked shipping is €4.90 EUR.
3. Payment Methods & Order Limits
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Payments are securely processed via 256-bit encrypted gateway integration.
Order limits: The minimum order amount for online checkout is €10.00 EUR. The maximum permitted order amount per transaction is €1,499.00 EUR. Orders exceeding this limit must be processed via corporate invoice.
4. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial & Statutory Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of package delivery. In addition, Pebbl Innovations provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product does not fit your setup, return it in original condition for a full refund.
5. 2-Year European Warranty
All Pebbl cable winders come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the internal stainless steel spring mechanism, housing, and magnetic snap plates under normal usage.
